Chapter -2
Hi friends,
I have brought a story for all of you—Aryaman and Dhani's story. I hope you all will enjoy it. This is my very first novel, and your love and support would mean the world to me. It would make me truly happy if you stay with me throughout this journey.
So, without further ado, let's begin the story.
Back to the story...
Mumbai
Srivastava Villa
A grand white mansion stood proudly, its gleaming exterior resembling polished marble. Surrounding it was a vast, beautifully maintained garden filled with colorful blooming flowers. A little further ahead stood a massive entrance gate, leading into the spacious living room, where a middle-aged man was seated. Beside him sat a woman, her eyes filled with tears as she quietly wept...
"Shanti ji, how long will you keep crying? Will your tears make everything right?" the man asked gently.
"Then what else am I supposed to do? Tell me... We had so many dreams, but I never imagined we'd have to see a day like this," the woman said before breaking down into tears once again.
"I never imagined it either. I never thought our own child would leave us so ashamed that we wouldn't be able to face anyone. What happens next... only Lord Ram knows," the man said, shaking his head in deep sorrow.
Just then, the woman sitting beside him—who was none other than his wife—spoke.
"Suresh ji, the wedding invitations have already been distributed. If this marriage doesn't happen, everything will be ruined. The wedding rituals are supposed to begin tomorrow. What are we going to do? If they find out the truth, they'll destroy us..." she said, her voice trembling with fear, though she was trying her best not to let it show.
"We have to do something, Shanti. Otherwise, no one will be able to save us from them. You know better than anyone what their honor, reputation, and status mean to them," the man said, his expression turning grave.
The two of them were still lost in thought when a voice suddenly echoed from the main entrance...
"If you knew me so well, then how did the two of you make such a huge mistake?"
The moment they heard the voice, both of them turned toward the front door. They instantly rose to their feet, their eyes widening in fear. They knew that no one could save them from what was about to happen.
In barely audible voices, they whispered...
"Kalyani Singhania..."
